At Talamingallery, we are committed to delivering high-quality jewellery to our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund terms below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
- Items must be returned along with the original invoice and any certificates provided.
- Custom-made, engraved, or gold jewellery products are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
Email us at new.talamingallery@gmail.com with your order ID, product name, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
If approved, we will either arrange reverse pickup or provide you the return address based on your location.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (as per your choice).
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund without any extra cost.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct product exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order if needed.
